Nowadays in Tuscany, most of the olive harvest comes naturally with handmade stripping. Once we carry the olives in the mill, we shape them by the next 24 hours, in order to preserve the phenolic and aromatic compounds. Our farm company del Pasqua is equipped with a modern olive Alfaval machining system with cold extraction.
The system is provided with a bottling and packaging line and with a special sistem storage using nitrogen for preserving the organoleptic properties of our “IL MAGNIFICO” oil.
But our job continues: we also work on milling and packaging for third parties.
All of these characteristics always guarantee a high quality extra virgin olive oil production which preserves the originality and the perfumes of freshly squeezed oil.
Del Pasqua Oil Mill is certified Suolo e Salute (Land and Earth) for the transformation and the making of BIO products and it is part of Consorzio dell’olio Toscano (Tuscan oil Consortium), for the production of IGP tuscan extra virgin olive oil.
